1. Event Tickets
Ticket Purchases
•Refund Eligibility:
•Refund requests are accepted if made at least 72 hours before the event start time. This advance notice ensures we can fill the spot due to high demand and limited seating.
•Requests within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund to maintain event logistics. Tickets purchased within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
•Refund Process:
•To request a refund, contact our customer support team via email or chat. Please include your ticket order number, contact information, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by your financial institution.
•Non-Refundable Fees: Processing fees, service charges, and any ticketing platform fees are non-refundable. Your refund amount will be limited to the ticket price and applicable taxes, excluding these fees.
•Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
•If Generation Talent cancels or reschedules an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their tickets to a new date.
•Ticket holders will be notified of any cancellation or rescheduling by email. If an event is rescheduled, the new date will be announced with an option to keep or request a refund for tickets. If the event is moved to a new location, you may request a refund if you are unable to attend.
No-Show Policy
•Non-Attendance:
•Tickets are considered a “no-show” if the ticket holder does not attend the event and does not cancel in advance. No-show tickets are non-refundable to encourage accountability and prevent resource waste.
•Exceptional Circumstances:
•If a no-show occurs due to verified medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation is required, and refunds in these cases are at Generation Talent’s discretion.
2. Merchandise Purchases
Refund and Exchange Eligibility
•Refunds:
•Merchandise purchased through our online store is eligible for a refund if returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.
•Exchanges:
•Exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color) can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to item availability. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs related to the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
•Non-Refundable Items:
•Custom items, personalized items, perishable goods, clearance, or certain sale items are non-refundable. These items will be labeled as such on the product page. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift items can only be returned by the original purchaser.
Return Process
•How to Initiate a Return:
•Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process. You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s). We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in original condition or have visible signs of use or wear.
•Processing Time:
•Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
•Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
3. Memberships
Membership Subscription
•Subscription Benefits:
•Our membership plan provides exclusive benefits such as discounted tickets, priority seating, early event announcements, and more.
•Memberships are billed monthly, renewing automatically each month unless canceled by the subscriber.
•Cancellation Policy:
•Memberships can be canceled anytime through your account settings on our website. When canceled, membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
•Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel mid-cycle. The benefits associated with membership are structured monthly, and partial refunds disrupt the experience for all members.
•Automatic Renewal:
•Memberships renew automatically every month. Subscribers will receive prior notification by email of any changes in membership rates, benefits, or terms.
Refund Eligibility for Memberships
•No Refunds: Memberships are structured as a recurring service, and fees are non-refundable. Canceling will simply prevent renewal in the next billing cycle.
•Billing Errors and Special Circumstances:
•If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team. We will investigate and work toward resolution if an error is verified. Refunds or credits for billing errors are at Generation Talent’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
4. General Terms and Conditions
Lost or Stolen Items
•Responsibility: Generation Talent is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, memberships, or merchandise once they have been issued or shipped.
•Tracking Information: Please refer to your account’s order history for tracking numbers associated with shipped merchandise. For missing, stolen, or damaged packages, reach out to the shipping provider directly to file a claim. In rare circumstances please allow up to 30 business days for shipment to be delivered, we strive to deliver all products within 14 days depending on origin of product.
Changes to the Policy
•Policy Updates: Generation Talent reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our website, and new terms apply to all future purchases, memberships, and services.
•Customer Notification: Members and ticket holders will be notified by email of any significant changes to refund, cancellation, or membership policies.
